Feel Like Quitting?

Feel like Quitting?

Most beginners feel excited, or experience nervousness and fear when starting a new business. If you are not a beginner and adding a new service to your existing business you may also feel a sense of anxiousness, or doubt. I am telling you, what you feel is  NORMAL.

When I finally decided I want to make PMU my chosen profession ten years ago, I felt really excited and I was determined to be successful in this industry no matter what. Of course, there were many hardships and BS I had to overcome. says. "Alicia Shapira Owner of New Image Beauty bar." There were  moments more often than not I felt like GIVING UP.  I would tell myself maybe I made the wrong career choice and maybe this really is not for me. I had to dive deep and understand how I can overcome these feelings of self doubt and discouragement. Says "Alicia Shapira." I focused on my objective my end GOAL. Why I took this leap of faith ten years ago and made a complete career change. I remember why I started

β€œYou don’t achieve your dreams by playing it safe”

I did not follow the trend, or copy someone else I remained authentic. I had a niche and knew who my audiences was, and is. I wanted to be unique and create my own BRAND. I did not listen to people criticizing, or doubting me. I listened to the people closest to me that genuinely had my best interest. Says "Alicia Shapira" Loyalty is challenging in this industry so I made it my purpose to keep my circle small and let my students in on all the adversities that I had to face in the past ten years in this industry. I wanted my students to experience these adversities so they can grow, but I also wanted to protect them from every challenge I had to go through in these past ten years.  I know it can be overwhelming, because I can talk on this first hand. I have had these experiences of financial adversity wondering is my phone going to ring for appointments? Will someone book an appointment? Can I get my followers to increase? Can my engagement grow? Will I last in this industry? How do I start? Where do I start? I think about this daily even NOW. The answer to all of this do not allow your doubt, or fear paralyze you in this Industry where you do NOTHING that is more dangerous than doing something.  If you get one more follower, one more phone call, or more appointment than you are WINNING!

You just have to START.

Get Rid Of The Scars? What To Know About Our Exclusive Scar Lightening Treatment!

If you have scars that are affecting your life, it's time to talk to us here @New Image Beauty Bar about our Scar Lightening  treatment with our incredible Beauty Bar Elixir. Scar lightening is a tattoo procedure that reduces the visibility of the scar.
Scar lightening helps with tone, texture, and the overall visibility. says Rebecca Anfossi PMU artist @ New Image Beauty Bar .The main objective is to then camouflage the scar once we achieve a more natural base line to your natural skin. We do have scenarios where we do not even have to camouflage after lightening treatments.
You cannot camouflage DARK scars it will look muddy and have grayish hue.  Here are some things you need to know about our scar lightening treatment.
Start With an AssessmentIf you're interested in our Exclusive Scar Lightening, you'll need to start with a complimentary virtual assessment. says Alicia Shapira, Owner of New Image Beauty Bar. There are some scars that won't react well to our Scar Lightening treatment. Some of those scars include keloid scars, pink scars, and scars that are not fully healed. But, most other scars react well to our exclusive Beauty Elixir Treatment. This is especially true with regard to burn scars, stretch marks, and surgical scars. We will then decide if you are the right candidate for the treatment. We want the best for our clients and here @ New Image Beauty Bar and we like to set realistic expectations.

Give Yourself Time to Heal
Once you've undergone our exclusive Scar Lightening Treatment, you'll need to give yourself time to heal. You might notice some redness and swelling at the treatment site. . This should dry up after a few hours. The redness and swelling might last for a few days.  The scars will look more natural as your skin heals. Says "New Image Beauty Bar".

Be Prepared for Touch-UpAfter your skin heals which can take 30-45 days min you should schedule another appointment here at New Image Beauty Bar . This procedure can take up to 4 sessions. This procedure takes patience as we did not put this scar on you simply trying to help reduce the appearance and lighten the tone.
You can never remove a scar unless you surgically cut the scar, but then it creates a new scar. Please have realistic expectations.
We promise you that you will love the end results. We also know scars are personal to each individual and we take pride in understanding how important this is to the individual client.

An Overview of Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy (RLT) has become a more popular treatment option for individuals who seek alternative skincare that does not rely on medical creams. Here is an overview of red light therapy that can help you decide if it's the right treatment for you.

Red light therapy appeared in laboratory experiments in the 1960s to stimulate hair growth and wound healing. However, few medical institutions and researchers approved of its effectiveness. Intensive research has increased its popularity among medical practitioners and has become a serious therapeutic option for dermatological applications. Recent technological advancements have made modern red light therapy available for cosmetic purposes.

Red light therapy is a type of phototherapy that uses red low-level laser therapy (LLLT) or photobiomodulation (PBM) to treat various skin conditions. Red light therapy increases mitochondria activity in the cell. This particular molecule β€” often referred to as the powerhouse of the cell β€” soaks up the red light radiation and increases its energy output. This energy absorption increases the regenerative capabilities of cell tissue. It can also reduce inflammation and increase blood circulation.

Red light therapy can treat numerous skin conditions, such as psoriasis, eczema, and rosacea. It can also reduce stretch marks, wrinkles, fine lines, and age spots. This therapy has been found to increase wound healing and improve facial texture. In addition to its benefits for the skin, red light therapy can treat hair loss conditions like androgenetic alopecia. Finally, it is an effective treatment for osteoarthritis and tendinitis.

Numerous research studies are still ongoing to understand the breadth of red light therapy fully. However, studies have shown its effectiveness and highlighted skin and pain treatment benefits. Here are some of the benefits of RLT.

Increases skin youthfulness

Red light therapy stimulates collagen production, which can increase skin youthfulness. Collagen tissue is an important building block in skin formation and restoration that gives it its elasticity, strength, and structure. Collagen can boast a reduction in wrinkles and fine lines. Additionally, collagen can improve the body's immune system, which can help protect skin against bacteria that encourage acne development.

Helps with wound regeneration

Red light can stimulate tissue regeneration and healing. Its influence on wounds can affect skeletal muscle performance, while anti-inflammation can increase wound healing. Therefore, people prone to injury β€” like athletes β€” can increase their recovery times.

Lessens pain

RLT can lessen pain by acting on neuron transmitters. Therefore, it can reduce pain from conditions like arthritis and Achilles tendons. Additionally, it can work on other types of pain, like dental pain caused by temporomandibular dysfunction syndrome.

Complements cancer treatment

RLT can reduce the severity of pain and skin damage before cancer treatments, especially approaches that use radiation therapy. This therapy can also reduce other side effects like oral mucositis and make cancer treatment more bearable for patients.

Risks and Side Effects

RLT risks and side effects vary depending on the device used and the treatment time. The most common side effects are burns and blisters. Also, users have a small risk to develop more serious side effects from red light therapy, such as skin or eye damage. However, most of these side effects develop due to improper use and defective devices.

Qualifications for Use

Most people can use red light therapy with minimal risks. However, you should not use red light therapy if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Current research cannot fully ascertain whether it is safe for pregnant women, their unborn babies, or breastfeeding children. You should consult your physician or dermatologist before you take this treatment. Ideally, an experienced person can supervise your treatment and avoid the risks associated with RLT.
