Our clients and Models will now be required to put down a 20% non-refundable booking fee.
This fee is non-refundable but can be applied to a different date if it is rescheduled within 2 weeks. This only applies to clients and models.
PSA: Please be mindful of our time. Alicia’s schedule is booked out months in advance, so last-minute cancellations can be very stressful for our small business.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING POLICIES
A 20% DEPOSIT is required for all Microblading/Shading appointments.
A 20% DEPOSIT is required for all Permanent Makeup appointments.
A $250 Deposit is required for all Brazilian Camouflage Procedure appointments.
A 20% Deposit is required for all Class Model appointments.
A 20% DEPOSIT is required for all Tattoo Removal Appointments.
A $1000 DEPOSIT is required for New Image Beauty Academy Classes.
A $50 fee will be charged to process any & all cancellations!
You will be charged the remaining balance the day of service or the first day of the seminar.
Any changes to your scheduled appointment must be made one week in advance for a full refund of the deposit (minus the $50 processing fee for any and all cancellations). If you fail to connect with New Image Beauty Bar to make any changes to your appointment or reschedule your Class, you will lose your deposit. No Exceptions! We respect your time so we ask that you please respect ours….Especially since most of us have kids and you know how much of a juggling act it is to be a working woman.
