How To Wake Up With A Full Face of Makeup

Makeup trends are always changing, and most of you are familiar with the popular "no makeup, makeup" look. And we are here to make it even more "no makeup." Imagine waking up with a full face of natural, beautiful makeup, without having to put makeup on! Not only will you save $$$ on makeup, but you'll save time, energy and feel beautiful 24/7! So how can you achieve this permanent natural makeup look? Let's see!

Step 1: Permanent Lipstick

Aka Lip shading!
Lip shading has become one of the most popular forms of permanent makeup and we know why! Results with an experienced permanent makeup artist can be beautiful and leave people feeling more confident and in love with their lips. The process takes a couple of hours, but results can last 5 years or more!

Step 2: Semi- Permanent Foundation

Also known as BBGlow.
BB glow involves a microneedling treatment that uses the pigment, to give it a semi-permanent lasting effect. Since this procedure is done with microneedling, patients also receive the added benefits microneedling has itself. Results of a BB glow treatment can be expected to last anywhere from 2-4 weeks for your first treatment. We recommend coming back for a series of 3-4 sessions in total to allow your results to last for even longer. After your 3rd or 4th treatment, you can expect results to last at least 4 months!

Step 3: Permanent Eyebrows

Aka microblading or ombre powder brows.
This permanent makeup procedure is a tattoo technique to give you perfect brows! A small handheld device is used to create tiny, hair-like, strokes in your brows, to shape and fill them in!

Step 4: Lashes

Lash Lift & Tint!
Lash lift and tint is basically semi permanent mascara and curled lashes! This treatment does not involve fake lashes, is all your own natural lash. Instead of adding artificial length to your lashes, the process curls and darkens your existing set, acting as a perm for your eyes.     If you're trying to wake up with makeup, be sure to contact us to see how we can make this come true for you! Are You a Candidate for Brazilian Stretch Mark Camouflage Tattoo

Today's topic is an important one! And it's all about who would make a good candidate for Brazilian Stretch Mark Camouflage. The first step to book an appointment is first seeing if your stretch marks are treatable. Let's go through a few simple steps to see if you can be treated!

Step 1: What Color Are Your Stretch Marks?

You are a Candidate if: Stretch marks must be lighter than your skin tone to be treated. Meaning light pink or white in color. You are NOT a candidate if: Your stretch marks are red, pink, dark pink, darker than your skin tone or grey.   If your stretch marks are not lighter than your natural skin color, then it means your stretch marks are most likely still healing and they may turn to a lighter color down the road. Note: We require stretch marks to be at least two years old.

Alicia In The News: Tap Into Coral Springs “Coral Springs Beauty Influencer: “I Just Want To Help People Feel Happy””

This week Alicia Shapira was interviewed and featured on Tap Into Coral Springs, by Leon Fooksman! Take a look below to read the full story, or visit here to see the original piece.

CORAL SPRINGS, FL – As Alicia Shapira tells it, magazine models, reality TV show celebrities, and other glamour queens trickle in and out of her beauty salon in a not-so-fashionable retail strip in Coral Springs. They come for her lash-lifts-and-tips, hair simulations, and a slew of other makeup and body services, but also to be part of Shapira’s growing fashionista stratosphere. Coral Springs is no South Beach or Wynwood when it comes to social media influencers, but Shapira and her New Image Beauty Bar on Wiles Road stand out for their presence on Instagram and TikTok, where she’s gotten more than 250,000 likes. “I treat my clients like family,” said Shapira, 42, who grew up in Coral Springs and now lives with her husband and two-year-old son in Parkland. Her path to running a salon is a story of changing professions, re-inventing herself after a catastrophic accident, and following a childhood love of glamour and art. Shapira is a fast-talking businesswoman who is in constant motion. As her brand has grown, she’s no longer just applying makeup and getting women ready for big occasions in their lives. Shapira is also making a name for herself as an educator in the beauty services industry and in the world of microblading, permanent makeup, and a procedure called Brazilian Stretch Mark Camouflage, which uses pigment to hide stretch marks. She said her treatment is drawing clients from all parts of the world. Her salon offers free re-pigmentation and permanent eyebrows services to cancer survivors, she said. “It’s amazing to see how people react after our procedures,” she said last week, pausing to instruct her staff member on a client appointment. “They are so happy.” She found her calling in life after ending a short career as a speech therapist and before that a financial manager. She grew up attending Ramblewood Middle School and J.P. Taravella High School, and remembers, as a teenager, enjoying applying makeup on friends and being intrigued with the beauty and fashion industries. But her vision crystallized following a fall in a store when she was 30 and newly married. Her injuries required hospitalization, surgeries, and intensive physical therapy. She was in a wheelchair. “I thought my life was over. I thought I’d never walk again,” she said. “I did a lot of thinking and I changed my life and did something more fulfilling.” Eventually, she got better, put her energy into opening New Image Beauty Bar, and used her marketing talents to grow the business and catch the attention of the right clients. Shapira envisions opening another salon in Miami early next year and continuing to travel across the nation and to other countries to train others in beauty services. “My life has gone in such a good direction,” she said. “I just want to help people feel happy.”   Be sure to check out More on Tap Into Coral Springs.   Contact Alicia Shapira for more information: (954) 774-5087 alicia.newimagebeautybar@gmail.com 7401 Wiles Rd.
