Results are immediate! So a single session is often all you need, as all clients see results post-treatment. However, follow up treatments can be performed after 8-12 weeks if needed. The positive results should last you years depending on the area treated. The positive effects of treatment will be noticeable immediately after the first treatment, but the best results will be seen after 4 weeks.

Results and the required sessions can vary each client, as it depends on the aging of the skin, its decrease in elasticity and how deep the wrinkle lines are. You may experience a sensation similar to a sun burn which likely lasts a few hours. Swelling may intensify over the following few hours and more so when eyes are treated. This may last 2-3 days. The carbon crusts will lift within 5-12 days depending on the individual area treated.

WHAT ARE FIBROBLAST CELLS?

Fibroblasts are active cells in the dermis. Their function is to increase the productions of fibers, collagen and glycosaminogly­cans.

The number and productivity of fibroblasts decline with age. Their density gradually begins to de­crease and fibroblasts in connective tissue rarely undergo division. Small injuries from plasma stimulates fi­broblasts to produce new collagen and elevates elastin levels.
